Hi! I am so honored you are here.

The work I do with clients focuses on learning how to attend to yourself and other people more deeply and with more gentleness. I have specific training in treating relationship & marital distress, trauma/PTSD, anxiety, depression, issues of self-esteem/self-worth, & spiritual struggles. I welcome authentic engagement of faith and spirituality issues if they emerge during the counseling process. I also have training incorporating Christian faith into the counseling process when desired. (While I am passionate about integrating Christian faith into my work, I never impose this on a client and it is always your choice how we work together in therapy! I work with clients from various backgrounds + belief systems.)

It is of utmost importance that you feel safe, accepted, and not judged during our time together.

You matter and help is within reach. I would love to get the opportunity to work with you.

“Being able to feel safe with other people is probably the single most important aspect of mental health; safe connections are fundamental to meaningful and satisfying lives.”
